Free Casino Wordpress Themes: Free of cost themes provided at the CasinoWordpressThemes.org website

Webmaster: Person of party that has downloaded or used a Wordpress theme from CasinoWordpressThemes.org.

Footer Credit Links: Text links referencing CasinoWordpressThemes.org and any sponsor/s. These text links are printed in the footer area of each of the Free Casino Wordpress Themes.

Agreement

This agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to a Webmaster's use of the Free Casino Wordpress Themes. If this agreement is terminated, Webmaster must cease using the Free Casino Wordpress Themes available at CasinoWordpressThemes.org.

This agreement becomes applicable when a Webmaster successfully downloads or uses any one of the Free Casino Wordpress Themes offered at CasinoWordpressThemes.org.

CasinoWordpressThemes.org and Webmaster are not in a business relationship.

CasinoWordpressThemes.org is free to offer this opportunity to any Webmaster.

Webmaster declares that Webmaster is legally entitled to make use of CasinoWordpressThemes.org.

Webmaster hereby applies to use the CasinoWordpressThemes.org Free Casino Wordpress Themes as per this agreement.

Webmaster WILL NOT REMOVE the CasinoWordpressThemes.org Footer Credit Links from the Free Casino Wordpress Themes. This is strictly forbidden and will result in serious legal penalties to Webmaster. If Webmaster feels that the Footer Credit Links are not appropriate or that they violate any applicable laws, then Webmaster may not use the Free Casino Wordpress Themes.

Webmaster will hold CasinoWordpressThemes.org harmless in relation to any damage or loss that Webmaster may incur as a result of Webmaster’s use of CasinoWordpressThemes.org.

Webmaster agrees to fully compensate CasinoWordpressThemes.org for any loss or damage that CasinoWordpressThemes.org may incur as a result of Webmaster’s conduct.

CasinoWordpressThemes.org offers this services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without guarantees of any kind. CasinoWordpressThemes.org does not guarantee that CasinoWordpressThemes.org will be fit or suitable for any purpose.

CasinoWordpressThemes.org reserves the right to prohibit or stop Webmaster from using CasinoWordpressThemes.org if CasinoWordpressThemes.org believes Webmaster has breached any provisions of this agreement.

CasinoWordpressThemes.org’s failure to enforce a particular term or condition herein does not constitute a waiver of the same.

This agreement and services at CasinoWordpressThemes.org may change at any time. Changes will be posted at the CasinoWordpressThemes.org website. Webmaster will immediately be subject to any such changes.

If it is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction that any provision contained in this agreement is illegal or unenforceable, such determination shall solely affect the subject illegal or unenforceable provision and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions in this agreement.

This agreement supersedes any and all negotiations, understandings or agreements, whether written or verbal, between CasinoWordpressThemes.org and Webmaster regarding the subject matter hereof. This agreement may not be changed nor modified, nor may any provision hereof be waived, except in writing by CasinoWordpressThemes.org.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canberra ACT, Australia. Webmaster hereby submits to the Jurisdiction of Canberra ACT, Australia law.
